I expected a luxurious stay but instead I had to make my own bed with supplied linen. How quaint, like a hostel! Communication with the staff is laughable. I messaged about laundry, but I was left hanging. A complimentary welcome gift woudl ve been a nice touch, but I guess they reserve that for someone else.

The views from the room were stunning, but the water pressure in the shower was a bit low.

After struggling for hours to figure out how to use the washing machine, I realized I didn't have detergent, but no one responded to my inquiry until after I checked out! Moreover, the weak Wi-Fi in the rooms made it impossible for me to plan my next travel stops, forcing me to rely on spotty connections in the dining room. How is that acceptable in this day and age?
